Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a savvy and analytical Snap Media Buyer to take the lead in managing our advertising efforts on Snapchat. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Snapchat’s unique audience, ad formats, and targeting capabilities. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to create, execute, and optimize campaigns that effectively reach and convert Snapchat users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute Snapchat advertising strategies that align with True Classic’s brand objectives and target demographic.

  • Ad Buying: Manage the full lifecycle of media buying on Snapchat, including budgeting, bidding, and optimizing ad placements for maximum ROI.

  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to produce engaging, platform-specific ad content that captures the attention of Snapchat users.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance using Snapchat’s analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.

  • Audience Targeting: Leverage Snapchat’s targeting features to reach specific user segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various ad elements, such as creatives, copy, and audience targeting, to identify the most effective combinations.

  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance.

  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed on the latest Snapchat trends, updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in media buying, with a strong focus on Snapchat or similar platforms.
  • Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Snapchat’s advertising platform, including ad formats, targeting options, and analytics.
  • Creative Insight: Ability to work with creative teams to develop ad content that is both engaging and relevant to Snapchat’s audience.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis abilities with the capacity to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes in the digital advertising landscape.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or Meta (Facebook).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus.
  • Certification in Snapchat Advertising or related fields.
