Title: Assistant Property Manager
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/hr DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Location: Littleton, CO

What you will do:
Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Process lease applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections, documentation, and unit preparation.
Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
Collect rent payments and follow up on delinquent accounts.
Schedule and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring work is completed to standards and in a timely manner.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with housing regulations and standards.
Assist in preparing and implementing property budgets and financial reports.
Coordinate and support resident events and community-building activities.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations and policies.
Assist with resolving disputes between tenants and take appropriate action when necessary.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in property management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of housing regulations, lease agreements, and property management best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Certification in property management (e.g., CAM, CPM) is a plus.
