Title: Assistant Property Manager 

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/hr DOE 

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 

Location: Littleton, CO

Temp-to-Hire 

What you will do: 

  • Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination. 

  • Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 

  • Process lease applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements. 

  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections, documentation, and unit preparation. 

  • Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests. 

  • Collect rent payments and follow up on delinquent accounts. 

  • Schedule and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring work is completed to standards and in a timely manner. 

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with housing regulations and standards. 

  • Assist in preparing and implementing property budgets and financial reports. 

  • Coordinate and support resident events and community-building activities. 

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations and policies. 

  • Assist with resolving disputes between tenants and take appropriate action when necessary. 

  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation for audits and inspections. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager. 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in property management, business administration, or a related field preferred. 

  • Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field. 

  • Strong knowledge of housing regulations, lease agreements, and property management best practices. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 

  • Certification in property management (e.g., CAM, CPM) is a plus.
