Responsibilities:

- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing clients and processing payments efficiently.
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and bills to maintain good vendor relationships.
- Maintain vendor accounts and promptly address any inquiries or issues.
- Update and categorize bank transactions daily to keep our records accurate.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records throughout the year.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed, contributing to informed decision-making.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Zoho Books is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with GA Tax Law.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
