What You'll Be Doing:

Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire procurement process, ensuring materials flow efficiently to manufacturing while meeting cost and delivery targets.
Supplier Selection & Negotiation: Choose and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, quality, and long-term partnerships.
Contract Management: Handle contracts covering costs, warranties, delivery terms, and penalties for any issues.
Performance Monitoring: Track supplier performance through KPIs and maintain clear communication channels.
System Implementation: Support the rollout and management of our Enterprise Requirements Planning System.
Process Improvement: Challenge existing methods and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed to support our team and goals.
What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or demand planning, with experience managing remote suppliers and manufacturers.
Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical abilities, effective communication skills, and familiarity with data analysis and forecasting tools.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA, and CPIM certification. Knowledge of Business Central is a plus.
