What You'll Be Doing:

Act as a Key Contact: Serve as the main link between Sourcing, Suppliers, and Shop Planning to coordinate and implement effective supply chain strategies.
Manage Hardware Transitions: Play an active role in planning and executing hardware transition activities with precision.
Handle Orders: Plan, schedule, and manage purchase orders to ensure the timely delivery of top-quality hardware.
Oversee Inventory: Keep inventory levels in check and manage stock according to our established order policies.
Engage with Suppliers: Communicate effectively with global suppliers, navigating time zone differences and ensuring smooth interactions.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Lead Time through ongoing improvements.
Resolve Issues: Tackle and negotiate complex technical issues with personnel and suppliers, ensuring effective solutions.
Document Processes: Organize and document work processes meticulously, maintaining accuracy and thoroughness in all responsibilities.
What We're Looking For:

Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between suppliers, Sourcing, and Shop Planning.
ERP/MRP Proficiency: Experience with MRP/ERP systems, particularly SAP, to manage delivery dates, SharePoint sites, and databases.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle conflicting priorities and manage Buyer standard work effectively.
Relevant Experience: Proven background in supply chain management, hardware transition, or a related field.
Interpersonal Skills: High confidence, objectivity, tact, diplomacy, and ethical conduct.
Negotiation & Planning: Demonstrated skills in negotiations, planning, and hardware administration procedures.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to organize work, document/report accurately, and manage responsibilities thoroughly.
