Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for an accomplished and forward-thinking Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead our global revenue strategy and drive sustainable growth across diverse industry sectors. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will craft and implement a dynamic revenue strategy utilizing various sales channels such as enterprise, partner, integrator, and direct sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our revenue trajectory and achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies to achieve targets across the customer life cycle.
Champion a customer-centric approach globally, prioritizing an exceptional customer experience.
Lead and motivate a global team of sales and revenue professionals, providing strategic guidance to maximize performance.
Identify new market opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and innovate go-to-market strategies to expand our reach.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment in revenue-generating activities.
Drive innovation in sales processes and technology to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform revenue growth strategies.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous revenue growth.
Foster a high-performance culture within the revenue organization, emphasizing teamwork and accountability.
Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Provide regular reports to the executive team on revenue performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Deep understanding of the packaging industry landscape and emerging technologies.
Proven track record in senior leadership roles driving revenue growth within a global organization.
Experience managing diverse, high-performing sales teams.
Strong strategic reasoning, analytical skills, and business acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset focused on innovation and delivering measurable results.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 75% of the time.
