Job Description
The Client Data & Returns Attributions Group Manager is a SVP level position under the Citigroup wide Client Analytics & Lead Finance Officer team. This team is focused on enhancing the client management dimension across
all of Citi, delivering timely and accurate client financials and providing insight into client segment performance. This role will help drive efforts to provide a framework for measuring client financials and returns and will work closely with the business teams and finance partners to harmonize financial attributions to the client level to ensure alignment of firm down to the underlying client level.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in driving the definition of client financials, including revenue, expenses, cost of credit, and client capital
- Key stakeholders include coverage leads (Corporate, Commercial, Private Bank, Financial Institutions), product heads (Markets, Banking, Services, Wealth, US Personal Banking), and geographical leads (country and cluster CEOs)
- Help to develop and implement attribution methodologies for client revenue, expenses and capital to fully load the client P&L
- Define both wholistic and marginal client return hurdles in conjunction with business partners
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on topics for definitions of standard client financials
- Implement financial initiatives and manage work of the department ensuring appropriate staffing and organizational structures are in place
- Partner with the product teams to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and/or controls
- Ensure current and future data policies and governance principles are followed
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- Experience in financial services and Client analytics
- Demonstrated financial modeling skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and interact at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree a plus

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $163,600.00 - $245,400.00
