Product Manager will provide the strategic vision for the development a modern and innovative national provider enrollment application. The
Product Manager will utilize business and technical knowledge, along with collaboration across multiple stakeholders, users, and program resources to lead the development and maintenance of the product roadmap aligning business goals with technical development activities. The Product Manager will be the voice of the customer and will communicate these business needs to the design and technical teams. This position is a senior level role that will be highly visible with the customer and user community. Responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic analysis and insight to design a roadmap for system development activities.
- Communicate with development teams to help manage backlogs and clarify user stories.
- Lead the development and design of the PECOS 2.0 product vision and specifications.
- Facilitate Communication Between End-User and GDIT Contract Management and/or Stakeholders.
- Interface between business requirements and technical teams to ensure business needs and user requirements met.
- Compliance with any Contract Statement of Work (SOW) or Deliverable Requirements.
- Responds to any communication, questions or concerns in a timely manner.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, or minimum of 7 years of experience 5 years of experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid provider enrollment
Required Experience: - 7+ years of experience leading technical and business requirements and system implementations
- 10+ years of project management experience, supporting and driving continuous improvement
- Health Care Industry or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) experience (5-7 yrs. preferred)
Desired Skills And Experience: - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Experience working in a Scrum or SAFe Agile environment
LOCATION: CLEARANCE: - Must be able to successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process
- Must have been in the US for at. least 3 out of the last 5 years.

The likely salary range for this position is $131,750 - $178,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
