Job Description:

Draft Note is seeking a creative and organized Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in marketing with a strong focus on traditional and digital marketing methods, excluding social media management. The Marketing Assistant will assist with a variety of tasks, including market research, content creation, campaign execution, and event coordination.

Pay:

$20.50 - $31.50 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, print materials, and direct mail.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and email newsletters.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the production of marketing materials and merchandise.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, including trade shows, exhibitions, and company-hosted events.
• Maintain and update customer databases, including organizing data for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing marketing calendars, and filing campaign reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and campaign strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing field.
