Position : Virtual Assistant (Financial Data Entry Assistant) 
Working Schedule : 8:00AM - 5PM EST
Salary Range : $1300-$1800 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Primary Duties / Responsibilities: As a Virtual Assistant (Office Administrator), you will be responsible for communication between NGC and the insurance carrier. You will assist the Project Manager with client interaction.

Reports To:

• House Accounts Managers
• Sales Manager
• Office Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Send contractor’s agreement to carrier
• Assist with getting adjustment set
• Follow up on loss sheet
• Follow up on supplement
• Send Invoice and COC (Certificate of Completion)
• Follow up on final monies
• Upload documents for PCs if needed

KPIs Tracked for Job:

• Amount of files touched per day
• Number of loss sheets uploaded weekly
• Number of final bills submitted weekly
• Number of adjustments set weekly
• Time between adjustment completed and loss sheet submitted
• Time between final bills introduced and the last check received
• Time between contract offered and adjustment sent

Performance Goals:

• Keep clients happy by notifying them about updates through the CRM and informing the manager if there are any issues with a Project Manager.
• Decrease the amount of time between all tracked KPIs.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, aiming for improvement in KPI reporting.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of direct experience
