As a clinician-run organization, we unite experts in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create a collaborative and effective environment for our clients and their families.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Recruiter to join our team! In this fully remote role, you will assist in identifying and recruiting top healthcare talent. Your passion for healthcare recruitment and strong communication skills will be key in supporting our growing team.

Compensation: $21 - $27 per hour

Work Schedule: Fully remote - Must reside in Arizona - Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, MST

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified healthcare candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in education, customer service, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare recruitment and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be based in Arizona.
