Job Description

Position: HubSpot Mail Migration Consultant

Duration: 3 Month Contract

Location: Fully Remote

You Will Be Responsible For:

• HubSpot & O365 Expertise: As a HubSpot CRM and O365/Exchange Online Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will assess both systems and develop a comprehensive project plan to integrate inbound and outbound email communication within HubSpot via Gallagher's O365 platform.
• Migration & Configuration: You will lead the configuration of HubSpot to connect with Gallagher's mail servers, taking into account functionalities like group share mailboxes (currently used by 15 users) and the lack of shared mailboxes within HubSpot.
• Test Environment Creation: Since the current environment lacks a staging area, you will be responsible for setting up a test environment to validate the integration without impacting current operations.
• Discovery & Communication: You will conduct thorough discovery sessions with Gallagher and Protiviti teams to fully understand their needs and concerns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to clearly document the process and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Large Enterprise Experience: Prior experience working in a large, enterprise-level environment with complex integrations is highly preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM infrastructure and email configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of O365/Exchange Online administration and SMTP configurations.
• Experience successfully integrating third-party applications with HubSpot and O365.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to create and execute a detailed plan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with M&A integration challenges is a plus.
