Job Description

We have a great entry level or junior architect position, providing an opportunity to gain exposure to various stages of a project whilst working under the guidance of an experienced Project Architect / Manager.

Applicant should have some prior architectural experience, take ownership of their projects, have an interest in construction/design+build project delivery and a great attitude.

Duties, tasks and skills to include, but not limited to:
Assist and eventually lead project design and documentation using REVIT software.
Assist and eventually lead construction field documentation and design coordination.
Assist and eventually lead construction work order and change coordination and documentation.
Effectively and efficiently coordinate with project clients, engineers, contractors and city officials.
Have a high level of organizational and communication skills.
Interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications
1–2-year full time min. experience.
2-year assoc. degree min. 4-year architectural degree preferred.
Experience with Allplan is software is required. If they have Revit, they should be able to learn Allplan quickly.
