Full time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

At Gotham Enterprises LTD, we are looking for a patient-focused, experienced Licensed Therapist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We seek innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home. As a Clinician, you will provide a variety of clinical services, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, to clients of all ages.

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group therapy, assessing new client histories, and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with the patient and other mental health professionals.
  • Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings including collaboration with psychiatric providers and other organization clinical staff.
  • Consults with Clinical Director in the development and facilitation of program activities which assures an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
  • Participates as member of the credentialing committee.
  • Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions and patient responses.
  • Conducts and documents ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platform(s).
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Active California state licensure as L MFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
  • You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
  • You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
  • You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
