Job Description

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technologist
• Minimum one year of experience as a Medical Technologist or Similar position.
• Valid Medical Technologist license.
• Must have a valid driver's license and passport.
• Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish).
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations for Medical Technologists.
• Expertise in laboratory systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail for error and omission detection.
• Proficiency in computer, scanner, and Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and extended hours.
• Willingness to work across the region.
• Experience in diagnosing and identifying application problems in laboratory equipment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to relate to people at all hierarchical levels
• Ability to identify and set priorities.
• Great attention to detail, ability to detect errors or omissions.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional projection
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, fixed hours, and overtime.
• Availability to travel within and outside of Puerto Rico.
