**Position Overview:**
In this field position, you will:
- Build community relationships
- Drive self-generated sales
- Meet sales goals and metrics while working independently
You will interact with customers, external business partners, and the community through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions. Face-to-face activities will include grassroots marketing, field sales community events, and home visits. Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on our services in a field setting. Additional products include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, and Prescription.

**Qualifications:**
- Ability to have daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members.
- Active Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain it prior to the start date.
- Proficient in technology use, including laptops, mobile phone applications, and CRM tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Excel and Outlook.
- Clear and valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
- Reliable internet connection with recommended speeds.
- Dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
- Must reside within the assigned territory/County.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with TEAMS and PowerPoint.
- Community engagement experience through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism.
- Experience selling Medicare products.
- Bilingual skills in English and an additional language.
- Public speaking and presentation experience.
**Additional Information:**
- Applicants must pass a language proficiency assessment if speaking with members in a language other than English.
- Flexibility in schedule is essential, including nights and weekends.
- Mandatory training for the first three to four weeks of employment.
- Interview process includes a Modern Hire/HireVue prescreen.
**Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40
**Pay Range:** $31,500 - $43,400 per year with a commission incentive plan based on performance.
