Job Title: Project Manager – Healthcare Tech FLSA Status: Exempt/Salary

Reports to: Vice President of Clinical Operations

Position Overview

Resilient Healthcare Corp is a pioneer in designing, launching and managing care in the home on behalf of our hospital and physician group partners. Care in the home is not home healthcare. It is an extension of the services provided by hospitals and physician groups into their communities. We work with these partners to deliver therapy-at-home and acute care-at-home, using our proven processes and our proprietary technology.

We are hiring a Project Manager (PM) with experience managing projects in the hospital environment to lead implementations of our Care-at-Home programs throughout eastern Texas. The PM will have ownership of each assigned project, ensuring the appropriate steps are taken, the necessary resources are engaged, and the project is managed towards the agreed upon launch date. This position plays a vital role in the success of our programs, the satisfaction of our partners, and the growth of our company.

Responsibilities of this Role

The essential responsibilities of the PM include:

  1. Design a project plan to track and implement each component of the program.

  2. Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.

  3. Manage projects to set clear deliverables and expectations, ensure proper resources are

    assigned, identify and address obstacles, manage task priority, and ensure quality and timeliness

    of the assigned projects.

  4. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of personnel while ensuring all are actively working toward

    established milestones.

  5. Establish and implement training processes and strategies.

  6. Diligently track progress and communicate status to company and partner management.

  7. Hold and lead regular project team meetings to determine progress and address any questions

    or challenges regarding projects.

  8. Serve as the face of the company to our partners, demonstrating leadership, confidence and

    professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Experience managing service and technology related projects in a healthcare environment.

  2. A minimum of three years as a project manager. In lieu of time, the number of projects

    managed will be considered. PMP is preferred.

  3. Experience with office suite products (MS, Google, Apple), presentation products, & project

    management products .

Working Conditions

This location for this position is a hybrid of a corporate office setting, client locations, and remote. Occasional travel required.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, telephone, fax machine, copy machine, calculator.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to perform physical activity typical of a person in the above defined role.
