JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse (RN) MedSurg

LOCATION: Palestine TX

SHIFT: Night Shift

SALARY: $45800.00 $75645.00

SIGNING BONUS: No

RELOCATION PACKAGE: None

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including assessment planning implementation and evaluation to patients on the medicalsurgical unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Administer medications perform treatments and monitor patient responses to interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress symptoms and vital signs accurately and timely.

MustHaves:

1.) Registered Nurse in the state of Texas

2.) 1 Year of Medical Surgical experience

3.) 1 Year of ShortTerm Acute Care Hospital

NiceToHaves:

1.) BLS from AHA

2.) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
