Job Description

As a Salesforce CPQ Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving solution architecture within our sales pursuits. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring consistent delivery in the Salesforce ecosystem. Your expertise will be pivotal in translating client goals into high-quality solutions that meet their business needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct interviews with client stakeholders to understand their business challenges and translate them into solution requirements.
Guide clients through the implementation of Salesforce solutions, serving as the technical leader for Salesforce projects.
Design well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platforms and products, ensuring optimal integration and automation.
Provide detailed estimates for proposed solutions, articulating benefits and risks clearly.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Lead Engineers to document client requirements effectively.
Drive the delivery and testing of functionality by providing hands-on technical assistance to development teams.
Stay updated on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities to inform solution designs and enhancements.
Demonstrate thought leadership through various mediums such as publications, public speaking, and client presentations.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in the CRM industry, with at least 4 years specifically in Salesforce platform implementation.
Minimum of 2+ years of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) experience.
Strong ability to design and optimize business processes, integrating them across different systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to engage effectively with clients.
Proficiency in business analysis to uncover and refine business processes and procedures.
Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant certifications upon hire.
