Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in land development and grading within the residential sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drainage and stormwater management and will contribute to a diverse range of projects. Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and management of various civil engineering projects.
• Oversee the design and implementation of grading and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and project efficiency.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations effectively.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.

Must Have's:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in land development and grading.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in California is required.
• Strong expertise in drainage and stormwater management is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading and managing comprehensive engineering projects.

Compensation:

• Salary: $140,000 - $170,000
