Job Description
Our client, a telecommunications company in Dallas, is looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in Workfront and a background working with Product Business Owners for a long-term hybrid contract position.. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Workfront Product Business Owners to define the scope, goals, and deliverables for various marketing projects. You will be responsible for managing internal stakeholder communications, ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within budget. Additionally, you will play a critical role in risk management, proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing effective mitigation strategies. This is a hybrid contract position and requires 2-3 days/week onsite in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Workfront Product Business Owners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
- Monitor project performance and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date in Workfront.
- Oversee resource allocation and manage project dependencies to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years working extensively with Workfront.
- Proven experience working with Product Business Owners to manage marketing projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage project risks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification preferred.
