About the Role

As our Zoho CRM Expert you will be key in delivering Zoho CRM solutions to our clients. Youll

implement customize and optimize CRM systems to meet clientspecific needs.

Your expertise will enable our sales marketing and development teams to achieve greater

efficiency and foster growth. Understanding each clients unique challenges and goals you will craft

tailored solutions that drive tangible results.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration:
  
• Set up Zoho CRM to meet client needs ensuring efficient workflows and data management.
  
• Customization and Automation:
  
• Customize fields modules and workflows to enhance client business processes and user experience.
  
• Integration and Maintenance:
  
• Integrate Zoho CRM with key business apps maintaining smooth data flow and system reliability.
  
• Reporting and Analysis:
  
• Use CRM data to create insights and reports aiding clients in tracking performance and making informed decisions.
  
• Training and Support:
  
• Provide training and support to enable clients to utilize Zoho CRM fully.
  
• Stay Current:
  
• Keep up with Zoho CRM updates and best practices recommending improvements to keep clients competitive.
  

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven CRM experience Zoho CRM preferred.
  
• Understanding of CRM best practices.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Can translate needs into technical solutions.
  
• 5 Years work experience in development CRM or project management.
• Fluent English communication; verbal and written.
  
• Works well independently and in teams.
  
• Available during EST hours.
